To Do this Weekend
I have a pretty open weekend coming up, so on this rare occasion, I have a a nice to do list put together.
1) Record and post to Soundcloud “Piece of November,” which is a short interlude.
2) Re-record “Gallifrey” because some small areas need to be fixed, and it recorded WAY too loud the first time.
3) Work on “Song 52.” Would love to start nailing down some lyrics for this track.
4) Update delta-thoery.com to feature all new tracks.
5) Upload “Video” of A New Sublime to the Delta Theory YouTube Channel.
6) Take a look at “Song 22” and see what direction it wants to go in
Whew! Let’s hope for a productive weekend!
Another New Song is Ready! “A New Sublime”
Hi friends!
This concludes a trio of songs that I was working on for the new project. But, watch for an “Interlude” very shortly.
This song took a while to make, but I am pretty proud of the final product.

New Music in the Works!
Hello friends!
I can’t believe I haven’t updated since July! Well, I’ve been busy with a lot of things, and any moment I get, I try to work on the next Delta Theory project… whatever that turns out to be.
I think whatever gets finished first will be the next project, but I am considering different formats. For example, releasing several EPs with a few songs rather than an entire album is being considered. Or I could skip the whole collection thing and just put out songs individually. Basically, right now I’m in a state of flux, and am unsure what the next project will be exactly.
But, I do have several songs that are in various stages of development. I have uploaded them to SoundCloud and they will be available to listen to until January 9th.
And here they are!
Status Update!
Greetings friends! Here’s what’s happening with Delta Theory.
I had mentioned previously that I will be working on two albums. That is still correct, but I am going to focus on the cover album first. It seems like the natural progression. It is still untitled as of now, but there are 9 potential songs I am working on so far. They are:
- Thieves Like Us (New Order)
- House of Cards (Radiohead)
- There is a Light that Never Goes Out (The Smiths)
- Leave in Silence (Depeche Mode)
- Gave Up (Nine Inch Nails)
- Arizona Sky (China Crisis)
- Less Cities, More Moving People (The Fixx)
- Unsung (Helmet)
- Drifting, Falling (The Ocean Blue)
I would like to have at least 10 tracks on the album, and I am still in the selection process. I am covering songs that have a particular meaning to me, so selecting just the right songs will take some time. Quite frankly, this whole project will take some time. But I am very excited about it and cannot wait to share it with you as it progresses!
